Other Details to Note
Front doorbell security camera One bedroom with queen memory foam bed and window ac unit. One bedroom with full sized memory foam bed and overhead fan. Lounge couch in main living room with main ac unit. One full bathroom and one outdoor shower. Boat parking through double gates that open into the backyard. Doggy lookout cutout holes in the fence towards to the neighbors’ dogs and towards the street. Driveway is for one car- mulch, unpaved. Free street parking for additional cars. Our lovely neighbors have chickens so holler over the fence to get a few fresh eggs! Heated floors in the bathroom are on a preset schedule, so the screen is locked. Dog toys are free to use and free to destroy :)
